1. Who this covers

This policy applies to the TestDrive Sites sales website and to information we collect when you request a preview, buy a launch, fill out a launch-intake checklist, or email us. The site is operated by Julian Harris.

2. What we collect

• Email correspondence — messages you send us and replies we send you (business name, phone, questions, attachments you choose to include).
• Intake answers — details you provide on the launch checklist (legal name, preferred site name, hours, towns, services, domain, hosting access holder, care-plan preference, and similar fields).
• Payment information — card payments are handled by Stripe (or a similar processor). We do not store your full card number on our own systems. We may receive limited billing metadata from the processor (for example, last four digits, receipt email, and payment status).
• Basic technical logs — if our host or email provider records standard server or delivery logs (IP address, timestamp, user agent), we may see those as part of operating the service.

3. Cookies

This sales site is static HTML. We do not set analytics or advertising cookies ourselves. Your browser may still store ordinary technical data when you visit any site; we are not running a third-party analytics pixel on these pages as of the date above. If that changes, we will update this policy.

4. How we use information

• To build and revise your preview and launched site
• To communicate about quotes, approvals, refunds, and the care plan
• To process payments and issue refunds when applicable
• To keep records needed for accounting and dispute resolution

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Sharing

We share information only when needed to run the service, for example:

• Payment processors (such as Stripe) to charge or refund you
• Hosting or email providers that process messages or host files on our behalf
• Legal requirements if we are compelled by law

6. Retention

We keep project and billing records as long as needed to serve you and meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them when they are no longer needed.

7. Your choices

You can email us to request a copy of the information we hold about your project, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete preview materials and project files we control (subject to records we must keep for paid transactions).

8. Children

Our services are for business owners and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
