Your domain name is registered in your name and billed to you by the registrar (usually about $10–$15 a year).
Refund terms, in plain English
The preview costs nothing. If you pay the $497 launch fee and then don't approve the final site before it goes live, we refund the full $497. Once you've approved it and it's live, the launch fee is final. The care plan is month to month: cancel any time and you won't be billed again. We don't prorate the current month.
Questions owners ask
Is the preview really free?
Yes. We build it before we ask for anything. If you don't want it, you owe nothing, and we take the preview down.
Why did you build a site for my business without asking?
Showing is easier than explaining. A preview built from your public listing lets you judge the real thing in two minutes instead of sitting through a sales pitch. It's marked as a concept preview, hidden from search engines, and removed if you're not interested.
I already have a website. Why would I change?
Maybe you shouldn't! Compare them side by side on your phone. If yours works well, keep it. If ours is clearly better, switching is easy and we handle it.
Who owns the site and the domain?
You do. The domain is registered in your name, and you can have the site files at any time, whether or not you keep the care plan.
Do I need the $39/month care plan?
No. Without it, the site keeps running on free static hosting and you make changes yourself or ask us for a quote. The care plan is for owners who'd rather text us "change our hours" and have it done.
How long does it take?
Previews are usually ready within a few days. After you approve and send any photos or details, launch typically takes about a week, depending mostly on domain access.
What do you need from me?
Your feedback on the preview, any photos you'd like used (trucks, team, finished jobs), confirmation of details like hours, and access to your domain, or we help you register one.
Will this get me to #1 on Google?
No one can honestly promise that. We build the site so search engines can read it properly: clear titles, local business markup, fast pages. Rankings also depend on your Google Business Profile, reviews and competition.
Do you use AI?
Yes. We use AI tools to design and write quickly, which is how we keep the price at $497. Every preview is checked before it reaches you, we never invent reviews, licenses or awards, and nothing is published without your approval.
Will you put fake reviews on my site?
Never. Reviews only appear if they're real and you want them shown. Anything we couldn't verify is clearly marked in the preview for you to confirm.
